Eco quartier Mareterra – MONACO

Mareterra is Monaco’s new eco-district.
The project features residential, cultural and recreational spaces celebrating the soul and sensations of the Mediterranean.

This redevelopment project blends naturally into the Monegasque landscape, offering a refined selection of elegant apartments, townhouses, penthouses and a limited number of exceptional villas.

SADEV’s role :

For Le Renzo: a flagship achievement in the Mareterra project, embodying architectural and technical excellence.
– 700 linear meters of SABCO glass balustrades, combining safety and aesthetics
– 4,300 ball-and-socket joints, and as many special fasteners for structural railings and view-breakers
– Special finishes on stainless steel and aluminum, carefully crafted to enhance the design.

For La Promenade: an exceptional project combining aesthetic appeal and technical performance.
– 400 linear meters of SABCO glass balustrades, with specific studies carried out by our design office to guarantee swell resistance.

For Les Jardins d’Eau: a space where nature and architecture meet to enhance gardens.
– 2600 linear meters of SABCO glass balustrades, accompanied by custom hoods adapted to the requirements of the project.

For Les Villas: high-end architecture blending finesse and technical sophistication.
– 375 linear metres of SABCO glass balustrades
– 860 linear meters of SABCO glass railings, including a spiral staircase and a curved walkway
– 550 linear meters of SABCO glass balustrades, with painted caps and handrail, plus 15 ROMEO balustrade kits

For Le Port: custom-made parts for facades and railings
– 50 S3002 fasteners and 50 R1001 seismic ball joints for photovoltaic canopies
– 300 linear meters of SABCO glass balustrades with special handrails designed for the project

Our internal design office provided technical support throughout the project: calculation notes, specific part design in order to propose customized solutions, and on-site assistance.
