Cladding system Variance P project: ParisTech (XIII)
Transformation of the Telecom Paris Tech school premises into 98 social housing units and 23 intermediate housing units. This project is divided into 2 buildings with a landscaped courtyard and green spaces.
This renovation is carried out by 3 architecture firms that share 6 buildings.
The neighborhood, with a well-established tradition of street art, entrusted 2 facades to Jef Aerosol and David De la Mano for the creation of 2 murals.
SADEV’s role :
For this project, SADEV carried out the glass cladding with the patented VARIANCE P solution.
For the 1,430 m² of glazing, our system was used along with 5,000 fixing points.
The SABCO range was also used for 2,300 linear meters of guardrails 7017 and 1 high-height guardrail.
