SADEV Headquarter
Focus on the company’s headquarters based in Annecy (in Haute-Savoie) which becomes a real product showcase.
The facade is made with the points supported glass system. This system plays the role of a double skin, with all the advantages that this system can offer (energy saving, acoustic screen, breaks the direct radiation of the sun, etc.).
Sunbreakers are installed on the side of the offices in order to limit the discomfort caused by the sun’s rays.
The building includes an assembly workshop, offices and a showroom presenting our solutions for interior design and glass balustrades.
MIXX, Shopping Mall
High-end shopping mall in Tbilisi, Georgia.
Realization of a points supported glass facade, allowing the glass panels to be hung on this historic stone building.
the rooftop access is secured by glass railing posts.
Globalworth Tower
The “Bucharest One” tower project, recently renamed as the “Globalworth Tower” is a springboard in the development of a new area located in the growing zone of Bucharest North. This project was developed by Corinthian Five, a Greek promoter, specialized in investments in the countries of central and eastern Europe.
The project
The whole development represents 75 600 sqm of business offices and other activities on 24 floors.
The Bucharest One tower was designed by the Romanian agency Architectservice, who received the Leed Platinium Green classification.
Sadev-Lucanik contribution
Excluding the specials canopies and the facades in insulated glazing, SADEV, through its agent Lucanik, also equipped the exterior stairs’ glass structure. The solution chosen for this façade was a non-drilled system. The rotules are stuck on the glass thanks to a dedicated solution developped and tested by Sika Romania.
Each of the 2 510 glass panels (of 4380 x 1330 dimensions) are maintained by special rotules type.
The special conditions of the installation due to the oversized height needed advanced calculations.
