The reduced dimensions of the mechanisms give the products a minimalist and elegant design, combined with easy installation. The particularities of the hydraulic concept are maximum efficiency as well as high technical quality and safety of the leaves. Great attention is also paid to aesthetics, in line with current architectural trends that require a cleaner glass look.
The innovation of Colcom’s hydraulic hinge system is the result of many years of research and development. Their performance is continuously tested and approved in numerous cycles in our test centres and in approved laboratories. This technology is protected by an international patent.
We now have a wide range of hydraulic products: Biloba, Triloba, Biloba Unica, Biloba EVO, Bilobina and Slash. These products can be used for interior and exterior doors, as well as for shower cubicles. These products are characterised by their functionality, versatility, safety, durability and excellent quality/price ratio, thanks to performances that go beyond the traditional door closers.
In order to meet the German building code requirements, the SABCO balustrade experimented several tests, which allowed to pass the ABP (Allgemeines bauaufsichtliches Prüfzeugnis) Nr 16-057P.
The AbP, referring to “General Building Codes Test Certificate”, permits to validate conformity, design and safety regulations of a product.
