Recently, the building field saw the emergence of numerous changes, particularly brought by the media digitalization. BIM, aka Building Information Modeling, now allows the conception revamping of building projects thanks to new modeling tools.
In order to answer the needs of their clients and the market, SADEV and COLCOM place the development of their products in BIM format at the center of their concerns. The entirety of our SABCO range, as well as the COLCOM hinge range, are now available for download worldwide on the BIMobject platform.
Our 3D products allow you to manage more efficiently your made-to-measure project at each step of its realization, from its planning, by the way of its conception, to its construction. These new work methods especially make product information access during the building lifespan easier, from its design to its demolition.

We are glad to inform you about a further important step in the development of our COLCOM GROUP and SADEV.
After an exciting four years period since the acquisition of COLCOM GROUP from Wise Equity SGR S.p.A., in which we were capable to double our turnover, COLCOM GROUP, including SADEV, named We Build The Invisible, has been acquired by SIMONSWERK GmbH, and it is now beginning a new challenging journey.
SIMONSWERK is fully complementary to the COLCOM GROUP and SADEV business. Both groups are sure about the many synergies we have. Cooperation will allow the new group to boost its international growth, consolidating a strong leadership in the markets of high-end hinges for wood and glass, point fixing for glass and balustrades.
SIMONSWERK employs more than 600 people with 122 million euro turnover, while Colcom Group achieved 27 million euros in 2018 with 135 employees.
BATIMAT exhibition, which will take place from 4 to 8 November 2019 in Paris, it is a world reference in the construction sector.

A new facade system for structural glazing with a unique aesthetic design incorporating gentle curves and exceptional finish.
SADEV clamping systems guarantee performance & design, with maximum transparency.
Thanks to a new fixing process, glass panels are supported even in cases of heavy applied loads.
Requires no glass drilling, allowing easy and quick installation.
Parts are made out of 316 Stainless Steel with a brushed finish (standard) allowing installation in both interior and exterior environments and nearly any condition.
The fittings dimensions have been calculated to mostly optimize the aesthetic clamp’s trace into the glazed facade.
Therefore, glazings are not drilled but pinched.
